I’m not normally a skirt kinda gal and I recently took the plunge into buying myself a midi skirt. Let me tell you – you NEED this midi skirt in your closet!
It’s funny because Daniel told me that out of all the years he has been with me, he has never seen me in a skirt – and he is RIGHT! I normally don’t buy midi skirts or skirts at all because they are totally out of my comfort zone. I’m not really sure why that is but I recently decided to just take the plunge.
Of course we have all been seeing that ribbed midi skirts are all the rage and I wanted to jump on the wagon and see if I could rock it!
So I order this beautiful burgundy tone that is honestly such a stunning color for fall. It’s longer in length than most midi skirts but I don’t mind it especially with the weather cooling down. It has a slit in the back rather than in the front so you don’t show too much leg which I feel is perfect for work.
You can dress it up with some booties like I did here or you can dress it down with some sneakers, graphic tee and a denim jacket. When I ordered it I got this long sleeve bodysuit that is super comfortable! I am so excited to style this skirt for fall! Also did I mention that it is super affordable?! It’s less than $30 and it comes in a bunch of other colors!
